✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • Knowledge of:
    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
    • Treasury Regulations
    • Public Service Act & Public Service Regulations
    • General Office Administration
  • Skills:
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
  • Other: Willingness to adapt work schedule according to office requirements

🔨 Duties & Responsibilities

As an Administrative Clerk: Workshop, your duties will include:

  • Registering and filing new job cards
  • Following up on outstanding job cards
  • Monitoring and updating information on job cards
  • Circulating information and resolving queries related to job cards
  • Providing accurate information to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining statistical information for reporting purposes
  • Supporting the effective and efficient administration of workshops
  • Ensuring continuous adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) policies
