SALARY: R228 321 per annum

✅ Minimum Requirements
- Education: Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Knowledge of:
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Treasury Regulations
- Public Service Act & Public Service Regulations
- General Office Administration
- Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
- Other: Willingness to adapt work schedule according to office requirements
🔨 Duties & Responsibilities
As an Administrative Clerk: Workshop, your duties will include:
- Registering and filing new job cards
- Following up on outstanding job cards
- Monitoring and updating information on job cards
- Circulating information and resolving queries related to job cards
- Providing accurate information to clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining statistical information for reporting purposes
- Supporting the effective and efficient administration of workshops
- Ensuring continuous adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) policies
