• A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4.
• Knowledge of:

  • E-Natis Systems
  • National Land Transport Act (NLTA)
  • National Public Transport Regulator (NPTR)
  • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
  • South African Constitution
  • Batho Pele Principles
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Computer literacy
  • Organisational & planning skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Interpersonal and customer care skills

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Providing licensing, permit, and registration services (service desk/bulk applications).
• Offering back-office administrative services.
• Delivering customer care support services.
• Assisting with financial administration support services in the component.
