Salary

  • R228,321 – R268,950 per annum
  • The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 certificate.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those entering the workforce.
  • Added Advantage: An LLB degree will be considered a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Knowledge of Public Services Legislation, Prescripts, and Regulations.
    • Research skills.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Minute-taking skills.
    • Decision-making and time management skills.
    • Good reporting skills.
    • Creative and analytical thinking skills.
    • Computer literacy.
  • Pre-Entry Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will undergo two assessments:

Duties

As an Administration Clerk: Legal, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Court President/Chief Magistrate. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research for the Regional Court President/Chief Magistrate.
  • Compiling statistics.
  • Managing case flow.
  • Assisting the Regional Court Registrar.
  • Providing administrative support to the Regional Court President/Chief Magistrate.
