Job Purpose
The successful candidate will help achieve daily production targets while ensuring product quality and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality production standards
- Ensure proper hygiene and housekeeping
- Follow company procedures and SOPs
- Assist with planned maintenance of assets
- Maintain administration and record control
- Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Work efficiently to meet production targets
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Related production experience will be an advantage
- 2–3 years relevant experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be self-motivated and a team player
- Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays
