Clover South Africa is offering an exciting Call Centre Learnership Programme 2026 for unemployed youth who are passionate about customer service and communication. This opportunity allows learners to gain practical call centre experience while working towards a nationally recognised NQF qualification.
π Learnership Overview
The Learner: CSC programme is designed to:

Provide real-world call centre and customer service experience

Combine classroom learning with workplace exposure
-
Develop communication, customer handling, and sales skills
-
Prepare learners for employment in a world-class call centre environment
Learners will be based at Cloverβs Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, and attend structured training as prescribed.

π Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4)

Matric completed between 2021 β 2025

Minimum 55% average in English and Maths or Maths Literacy

Advanced computer literacy

Currently unemployed
-
Must not have participated in a learnership before

Provide high-quality customer service
-
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

Resolve customer queries and complaints
-
Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and timeously

Inform customers of account holds and order status
-
Communicate order-related issues to relevant stakeholders
-
Sell Clover and Principal products according to customer ranges
-
Promote new and additional products, including features and specials
-
Support teamwork and shared responsibility
-
Participate in team meetings and visual management activities

Upon successful completion, learners will:
