  • Drive Sales: Introduce customers to premium products, upgrades, or add-ons to boost sales and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Deliver Excellence: Maintain a patient, consistent, and cooperative approach to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate: Work within a supportive, team-oriented environment under close supervision, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues worldwide.

What You Bring

  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
    • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to document interactions accurately.
    • Customer Focus: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work the graveyard shift, including weekends, to support global operations.
