Requirements:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in the transportation of personnel, goods, and possibly medical supplies within a Health Facility setup.
- Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license.
- Physical fitness to lift and load heavy items.
- Ability to work overtime, on standby, and during weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Transport regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
Duties:
- Transportation of official passengers, post, packages, chronic medication, equipment, and heavy laundry bags.
- Ensure routine vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and perform administrative duties related to vehicle management such as filling out logbooks accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and report defects.
- Respond to emergencies as required and assist in other duties within the transport department.
