Job Overview

Unitrans (Lebzotic Transport and Logistics) is recruiting a Bus Driver – Passenger for a Temporary Fixed-Term contract in Rustenburg, North West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of passengers on scheduled routes, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• Valid Code CE (with G & PG endorsement) Driver’s Licence
• Public Driving Permit (PrDP / PDP)
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Bus Driver (passenger transport)
• Clean criminal record
• Must be able to work shifts and flexible hours

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers on scheduled routes
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report defects
• Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus
• Register passengers and complete logbooks accurately
• Provide professional customer service to passengers
• Report all incidents, near misses, or accidents immediately
• Comply with Unitrans code of conduct, policies, and procedures
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
