Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12
  • Administrative Diploma
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Supervise and assist Cashiers in the DLTC/VTS section to ensure tasks are performed as prescribed by the NRTA, Regulations and By-Laws.
  • Compile, verify and finalise monthly financial shortages and surplus reports for auditing.
  • Apply effective data management and administrative duties as per set standards.
  • Adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage of financial resources and escalate associated risks.
  • Monitor attendance and operational readiness of cashiers at opening time.
  • Keep all payments and face value documents safe at all times.
  • Spot-check processed documents before handing them over to applicants to ensure procedures are followed.
