Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12
- At least six months’ experience in an administrative environment
- Computer literacy
- Must undergo a criminal record check
- Must allow fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Job Purpose
To register and licence all motor vehicles on the National Traffic Information System as prescribed by the National Road Traffic Act and its regulations. Pasted markdown
Primary Functions
The successful candidates will:
- Handle enquiries and complaints and direct the public to relevant sections
- Hand out forms and scrutinise applications and supporting documents
- Receive and check correctly completed application forms
- Perform functions related to the certification of roadworthiness
- Handle enquiries, appointments, renewals, statutory administration, cashier and archiving duties
- Record transaction applications on the document tracking system
- Verify applications relating to vehicle registration and licensing transactions
