Job Overview

Tsebo Solutions Group (Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions) is building a Talent Pool for Assistant Cleaning Manager – Hospitality positions in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeping supervisor with a strong background in luxury hospitality to lead cleaning teams, ensure exceptional service standards, and maintain high levels of hygiene and presentation in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff rosters, task allocation, and daily housekeeping operations
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Manage stock, supplies, and report maintenance issues
• Handle staff performance, discipline, and attendance (including PRP & Opera systems)
• Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery
• Manage communication, emails, and operational reporting

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant management qualification (advantageous)
• Proven hospitality / hotel housekeeping experience
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including weekends)
