Job Overview

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Compliance & Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at 1 Sandton Drive, Sandton, Gauteng.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer documentation meets compliance standards while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle customer tickets, inbound calls, troubleshooting, and communication to provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and review customer documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and resolve customer tickets within SLA timelines
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional support
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and manage expectations
  • Escalate high-risk or complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with customers

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience working with compliance, risk processes, or customer operations
  • Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in retail, technology, or customer service will be an advantage
