Job Overview
Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee security operations, client relations, staff management, and contract compliance. The successful candidate will ensure that all security requirements are met while maintaining high service standards and strong client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- PSIRA Grade A Registration and Accreditation
- No criminal record or pending criminal cases
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable transport
- Minimum 2–3 years Residential or Estate Security experience
- Staff management experience
- Computer literacy
- Strong administration skills
- Must reside close to Centurion
- Willingness to work shifts and conduct after-hours site visits

Key Responsibilities
Contract and Client Management
- Maintain strong client relationships

Security Operations
- Ensure Security Officers are posted on time
- Verify that officers meet client contractual requirements
- Assess client premises and identify security risks
- Implement measures to reduce security threats
Administration and Reporting
- Audit and verify access registers daily
- Generate exception reports
- Compile weekly and monthly incident reports
- Attend client and management meetings
Staff Management
- Supervise security personnel
- Handle administrative and HR-related matters
- Ensure staff compliance with operational requirements
Business Development
- Manage security projects and new business takeovers
- Support smooth operational transitions for new contracts
