About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CCP equipment according to SOP procedures while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and HACCP standards within the factory environment.

 Key Responsibilities

Operate CCP equipment according to SOP

Adhere to HACCP principles

Assist in identifying corrective actions when necessary

Report on wastage

Conduct operational checks

Record downtime

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas

Report and rectify deviations to the Supervisor

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Maintain factory hygiene standards

 Minimum Requirements

Functionally literate and numerate

Understanding of process specifications and recipes

Ability to interpret operational data

Ability to read and understand SOPs

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to understand goals and instructions from supervisors

Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends

Team player

Self-motivated and disciplined

Willingness to be trained and multi-skilled
