Sea Harvest is currently hiring a Creditors Clerk for its Finance Department in Cape Town, Western Cape. This permanent FMCG finance opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in creditors administration, reconciliations, invoice processing, and supplier account management.

About the Role

The Creditors Clerk will provide clerical and administrative support relating to vendor accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, account reconciliations, supplier communication, and maintaining accurate filing systems.

This position is based in Waterfront, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Process creditors’ invoices for local and foreign suppliers
• Reconcile creditors’ accounts accurately
• Resolve supplier account queries within deadlines
• Liaise with Operations, Procurement, and suppliers
• Manage filing systems for:
  • Reconciliations
  • Invoices
  • Payments
• Ensure accurate financial administration and document control

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Matric with Accountancy and Mathematics
• At least 2 years relevant experience within a creditors environment
• Advanced computer literacy skills
• Ability to create and edit MS Excel spreadsheets using formulae
• MS Word typing and editing skills
