Customer Service Advisor (Evergreen Talent Pool – Ulundi) FNB (First National Bank) Locations: Ulundi, Pongola, Mtubatuba (KwaZulu-Natal) Job Type: Evergreen Talent Pool (Future Opportunities) Reference: R51307

Job Purpose To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful, sensitive to customer needs, offering suitable product solutions, and directing customers to the correct channels (eChannels and Self-Service) while adhering to policy and process.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • NQF 5 in Banking or related fields
