Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4 recognised by SAQA)
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Be proficient in English and at least one other official language
  • Be a South African citizen

Added Advantage

  • A relevant Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher)
  • Relevant training courses
  • A valid Code B driver’s licence

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Capturing information from dockets onto SAPS systems
  • Capturing stolen and recovered property information
  • Capturing station priority crime information
  • Providing information to Investigating Officers
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate records
