Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Festive Season Retail Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

• Applying effective customer selling techniques to maximise sales.

• Achieving individual sales targets consistently.

• Identifying sales opportunities and taking action to increase store turnover.

• Supporting stock-loss prevention and adhering to store controls.

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the store.

• Following visual merchandising standards to optimise the customer shopping experience and sales.

• Creating an inspiring and welcoming store environment.

• Building positive relationships with customers and team members.

• Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and contributing to overall store performance.

Requirements
