Job Purpose

The successful candidates will report to the Counting House Manager or Cash Centre Manager and will be responsible for accurately counting, verifying, balancing, and processing clients’ cash while ensuring company procedures are followed at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• Clear criminal record
• Computer literate
• Minimum of 2 years’ cashier experience or similar role
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong numerical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Honest and reliable
• Attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions accurately
• Self-motivated
• Willing to work overtime
• Alert and dependable

Additional Requirement (Kimberley Position):

• Must be willing to work night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Counting and verifying cash accurately
• Processing cash according to company procedures
• Balancing and reconciling cash
• Operating money-counting machines
• Packing ATM cash
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with Fidelity Cash Solutions procedures
• Reporting discrepancies immediately
