Job Overview

This full-time role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and meal service
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens, dining areas, and service stations
• Wash dishes, utensils, and catering equipment
• Assist with stock receiving, storage, and rotation
• Support cash handling and point-of-sale activities when required
• Set up and clear dining areas for events and daily operations
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client needs

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 11 or Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or cleaning is an advantage
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
