About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with general operational duties within the production and manufacturing environment.
This includes supporting production activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, handling materials and assisting with factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general production and operational duties
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support manufacturing and packaging processes
Handle materials and equipment safely
Follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures
Assist supervisors and production teams when required
Support daily operational targets and workflows
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric may be advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Ability to work shifts, overtime and weekends if required
Physically fit and able to perform manual duties
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
