About the Programme

The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program is a structured development programme that includes three rotations across the Commerce division.

Graduates will gain practical business exposure, leadership development and international experience.

 Programme Structure

Rotation 1

Gain foundational experience within the HEINEKEN operating company in South Africa.

Rotation 2

Participate in a cross-functional assignment to broaden business knowledge and commercial understanding.

Rotation 3

Complete an international assignment to build global business exposure and cultural adaptability.

Landing Role

After completing the programme, graduates may transition into a management role within HEINEKEN.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in:

Marketing

Sales

Commerce

Business Management

Or related disciplines

 Additional Requirements

Maximum of 1-year post-graduation work experience

English language proficiency required

Must have the right to work in South Africa

Must be globally mobile and willing to travel internationally
