Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Birth Registration Services
- Receiving notices of birth and supporting documents
- Completing DHA 24 forms
- Performing online verification or fingerprint verification
- Capturing applications on the National Population Register
- Printing and issuing birth certificates
- Maintaining birth registration records
Death Registration Services
- Processing death registration applications
- Registering deaths according to departmental procedures
Administration and Compliance
- Ensuring governance, risk and compliance
- Managing records and registers
- Providing quality customer service
- Supporting effective management of resources within the unit
