The HR Administrator will provide efficient and professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR administration, employee records management, payroll support, compliance, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in:
    • Human Resources
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Related field

Experience

  • 2–5 years HR Administration or HR Support experience
  • Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Exposure to HR systems and payroll administration
  • Sage 300 People experience will be advantageous
