About the Infrastructure EPWP General Worker Role The Limpopo Department of Health is recruiting 3 EPWP General Workers for Infrastructure maintenance at FH Odendaal Hospital and Ellisras Hospital.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for physically fit individuals with an ABET qualification who are willing to perform general handyman and tradesman aid tasks to support the maintenance of hospital infrastructure. No prior experience is required, but exposure to maintenance work is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman / tradesman aid tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act
• Handle power tools, hand tools, and technical equipment safely
• Carry out any other maintenance-related work as instructed by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum ABET qualification
• Exposure in infrastructure maintenance work (advantage – attach reference letter)
• Exposure in handling power tools, hand tools, and technical equipment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
