About the PnP Clothing Learnership PnP Clothing is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 3) with a strong focus on Visual Merchandising.

If you’re passionate about fashion, trends, and creating eye-catching store displays, this learnership gives you the perfect opportunity to turn your creativity into a career. You’ll gain hands-on retail experience while receiving accredited training in visual merchandising and retail operations.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Create stunning visual displays and in-store merchandising
  • Support stock management and replenishment
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Learn retail operations, sales techniques, and store presentation
  • Work closely with store teams to bring brand stories to life
  • Participate in structured classroom and practical in-store training

Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Minimum Grade 12 (with Communication and Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2)
  • Currently unemployed and not studying
  • Eager to learn and committed to completing the full 12-month programme
  • Able to attend classroom sessions and practical in-store training
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player with a passion for retail and fashion
  • Must successfully complete the pre-assessment process
