About the Role

The successful candidate will provide support in the provision of raw materials, stock control, inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure accurate inventory management while maintaining Clover’s logistics and warehousing standards.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• 2–3 years’ warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literacy
• Code 08 driver’s licence
• People management experience
• Fluent Business English

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Perform logistics and administrative duties
• Capture and process stock transactions
• Monitor and control inbound and outbound stock
• Coordinate receiving, transfers and dispatch of stock
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts
• Monitor stock quality and report stock-related issues
• Ensure accurate stock capturing on ERMS and WMS
• Complete invoices and reconciliations
• Manage CHEP pallet orders and transfers
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding stock reports

• Travel when required, including overnight stays
• Work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Pass criminal and medical assessments
