Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Matric certificate
• 0–1 years of retail experience
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Ability to use initiative
• Clear and upbeat communication skills
• Flexibility to work during the week, evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Enthusiasm and a passion for fashion
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Provide a high level of adidas customer service
• Assist customers in finding suitable products
• Process sales transactions
• Support stock movement from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Assist with merchandise displays
• Use the point-of-sale system
• Use selling techniques to support store sales goals
• Maintain general housekeeping standards, including store cleaning
• Safeguard company assets
• Support loss-prevention procedures
• Participate in company training
• Develop product knowledge and retail best practices
• Familiarise themselves with Power BI tools to understand store performance and best-selling products
