Pick n Pay is recruiting a Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant for its Moffet location in the Eastern Cape. This is a full-time position requiring applicants to have Grade 12.

The successful candidate will merchandise, pack and store products according to required standards while maintaining good hygiene, housekeeping and workplace safety in the warehouse and stockroom environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant will:

  • Stack and store products safely and neatly
  • Merchandise products according to required standards
  • Check product quality
  • Rotate stock
  • Remove expired stock
  • Prevent wastage, shrinkage and damages
  • Follow and maintain security procedures
  • Operate and clean equipment according to required standards
  • Respond to customer queries courteously
  • Offload trucks
  • Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards

The successful candidate may also be required to perform other duties assigned from time to time.
