Job Purpose To transport and escort patients, equipment, files, and related items between different departments of the hospital to support efficient operations and deliver the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Transport and escort patients safely to pre-determined locations
  • Assist with evacuations during emergency situations
  • Execute Driver function (as per hospital request and within guidelines)
  • Ensure integrity and confidentiality of patient rights and Mediclinic values

Minimum Requirements Essential Education:

  • Grade 10

Essential Minimum Experience:

  • Client services / Dealing with the public

Desired Experience:

  • Healthcare experience (e.g. care work)

Required Job Skills and Knowledge
