Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Providing product information and directing customers to products
• Handling customer enquiries and escalating complaints where necessary
• Packing and replenishing shelves
• Rotating stock and removing expired products
• Maintaining merchandising standards
• Checking product quality
• Preventing wastage, shrinkage, and damages
• Monitoring temperatures and maintaining the cold chain where applicable
• Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Ensuring correct product pricing and labelling
• Following security procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
