Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Participate in projects and gain exposure to talent management, training, and payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the HR team and contribute to departmental goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed N6 National Certificate in Human Resources Management
  • Aged between 18 – 34 years
  • South African citizen
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
