Internship Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support within the department, including:

• Preparing departmental documents
• Collating information for reports
• Packaging documentation for meetings and engagements
• Circulating information and maintaining records
• Receiving and distributing documentation to relevant recipients
• Maintaining an effective filing system
• Screening, classifying and recording documents
• Coordinating departmental meetings and functions
• Ensuring proper document management and filing
• Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required

Minimum Requirements
