RPO Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading property development company for a Sales Consultant based in Durbanville, Western Cape.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated, target-driven individuals who enjoy working with people and have a passion for sales. Successful candidates will receive full product and sales training, making this position suitable for both experienced sales professionals and candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Previous sales experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Passion for sales
• Willingness to learn and grow within the property industry
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related field will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate new sales leads
• Present and sell residential properties
• Conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to after-sales support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and property regulations
• Maintain accurate sales and client records
