Secretary (X26 Posts) South African Police Service (SAPS) – Gauteng Province Salary: R237 453 per annum (Level 05) Various Centres: Springs, Brakpan, Kempton Park, Diepsloot, Honeydew, Sophia Town, Orlando, Lenasia, Midrand, Vereeniging, Sedibeng District, Sunnyside, Mamelodi, Kagiso, Parktown (Multiple Components), Brixton, etc.

Job Purpose To render administrative support services in various components and stations, ensuring efficient office management, document handling, and professional stakeholder liaison.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 (NQF Level 4)
• Proficiency in at least English and one other official language
• South African citizen
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Relevant courses in administration will be an advantage

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Render administrative functions
• Maintain and manage diary appointments and coordinate travel arrangements
• Ensure proper control over emails and files received
• Compile minutes at meetings
• Professional liaison with relevant stakeholders
• General administration related to the core functions of the Component / Station
