Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Solareff YES Learnership, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Have strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year.
- Not be studying full-time during the programme period.
- Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative.
A post-matric qualification or certificate will be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and operational support.
- Capturing data and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing filing systems and documentation.
- Supporting departmental projects and daily operations.
- Assisting with customer, supplier, and stakeholder queries.
- Participating in workplace training and development activities.
- Preparing reports, schedules, and departmental documents.
- Assisting with inventory, stock, and asset management where applicable.
- Following company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Developing professional skills through workplace mentorship.
