The Solareff YES Programme provides young South Africans with practical work experience across various departments within the company. Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Solareff YES Learnership, applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 34 years old.
  • Possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Have strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year.
  • Not be studying full-time during the programme period.
  • Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative.

A post-matric qualification or certificate will be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and operational support.
  • Capturing data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing filing systems and documentation.
  • Supporting departmental projects and daily operations.
  • Assisting with customer, supplier, and stakeholder queries.
  • Participating in workplace training and development activities.
  • Preparing reports, schedules, and departmental documents.
  • Assisting with inventory, stock, and asset management where applicable.
  • Following company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
