Job Description

Sun International is recruiting 8 Call Centre Agents for its SunBet operation in Sandton. This is a permanent position within the Customer Experience department.

The Call Centre Agent serves as a first point of contact for SunBet customers, handling inbound calls and providing support relating to bets, accounts and technical queries while delivering professional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:
