Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

The HR Intern will:

  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR information systems.
  • Provide general administrative support across the HR and operations function.
  • Maintain operational trackers, spreadsheets and employee records.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support HR and operational objectives.
  • Assist with HR reports, dashboards and management presentations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events and wellness programmes.
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies, procedures and standard operating documentation.
  • Assist with administrative support for disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
