Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Claims Processing

• Processing UIF claims
• Executing payment of approved claims
• Verifying employer and employee declarations

Customer Service

• Attending to enquiries
• Assisting clients with claims-related matters
• Providing customer care support

Administrative Duties

• Performing administrative tasks
• Updating relevant systems according to SOPs
• Maintaining records and documentation
