About the Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser Role Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth in George to gain practical skills in Visual Merchandising and retail operations.

This learnership focuses on in-store execution, merchandising standards, order taking support, and promotional activities to help grow volume and enhance brand visibility for Coca-Cola products. It is ideal for enthusiastic young South Africans who want to build a career in sales, marketing, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets
• Implement visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and in-store displays
• Ensure product quality, availability, and visibility in line with RED and execution scorecard standards
• Support and educate customers on placing orders through the MyCCBA platform
• Assist in the execution of promotional activities
• Provide relief support as needed

Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
• Grade 12 with English and a second language (minimum 40%)
• South African citizen
• Aged between 18 and 35 years
• Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or full-time studies
• No criminal record or adverse credit record
• Willing to work six days a week
• Driver’s Licence would be advantageous
• A post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing is advantageous
