Job Overview

Vodacom is inviting ambitious, talented graduates to apply for the 2027 Early Careers Programmes in Midrand, Johannesburg. This is your opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career with one of Africa’s leading digital communications and technology companies.

Vodacom offers two exciting programmes:

  1. Discover Graduate Programme (2-year permanent leadership development programme)
  2. Internship Programme (12-month paid internship)

Both programmes are designed to develop future leaders through structured learning, mentorship, real business exposure, and potential global rotations.

Programme Start Dates: February / March 2027 Application Closing Date: 31 August 2026

1. Discover Graduate Programme (Permanent)

  • 2-year immersive leadership development programme

2. Internship Programme (12 Months)

  • Paid, structured work experience

Who Can Apply?

Minimum Requirements (Both Programmes):

  • South African Citizen by Birth / Naturalisation or Permanent Resident
  • Completing or have completed undergraduate degree (or equivalent) by end of 2026
  • Minimum 65% aggregate academic average
  • Minimum B-Degree (NQF 7) – BCom, BSc, B-Tech (most fields)
  • National Diploma (NQF 6) considered only in:
    • Electrical / Electronic Engineering
    • Computer Software Engineering
    • Information Systems / Information Technology
  • Less than 2 years corporate/formal work experience

Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in their respective markets.
