About the Vodacom Internship Programme Vodacom is inviting ambitious young graduates to join their 12-month paid Internship Programme in 2027. This structured programme is designed to give you real-world experience in a fast-paced digital telecommunications environment while building practical skills, exploring career paths, and expanding your professional network.

It also serves as a key pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme, with potential for permanent employment opportunities upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across various business functions
• Participate in structured training and development activities
• Support teams with operational, technical, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with professionals and mentors
• Contribute to real business projects
• Demonstrate initiative, learning agility, and a customer-focused mindset

Requirements

• Must be completing (or have completed) an undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2026
• Minimum 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results
• South African citizen by birth/naturalisation or permanent resident
• Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply
• Less than 2 years of formal work experience after completing studies
• Minimum qualification:
  • B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF Level 7)
  • OR 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, or Information Systems/Information Technology
