📋 Minimum Requirements
- ✔️ NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 or equivalent)
- ✔️ Basic knowledge of road work and construction
- ✔️ Good communication skills
- ✔️ Ability to work in a team
- ✔️ Planning and organising skills
- ✔️ Basic numerical ability
- ✔️ Computer literacy (advantageous)
🧾 Duties
- 🔹 Road maintenance and construction work
- 🔹 Build culverts, drains, and road layers
- 🔹 Install road signs, markings, and safety barriers
- 🔹 Patch potholes and surface roads
- 🔹 Maintain roads, sidewalks, and rest areas
- 🔹 Grass cutting and bush clearing
- 🔹 Fence repairs and pipe laying
- 🔹 Handle road materials and equipment
