Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualification

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will handle supervisory tasks in road maintenance, including:
- Supervising the maintenance and building of roads.
- Inspecting work, supervising, and training workers.
- Handling and maintaining machines and aids used for road maintenance and construction work.
- Planning and supervising maintenance and construction of roads, premises, and buildings.
- Repairing equipment in and to buildings, premises, and roads.
- Undertaking the safeguarding of work areas and construction machines in terms of the Health and Safety Act.
- Disciplining subordinates and applying proper labour relations.
