🎓 Minimum Required Qualification

Applicants must have:

• NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate)

• Valid PSIRA Grade C registration

• 3–4 years’ experience in a high-risk security environment

• Valid Code EB driver’s license

• SAPS firearm competency certificate

• Clear security screening record

• Ability to work shifts (day, night, rotation basis)

• Good communication skills (English – verbal & written)

• Be medically fit

⭐ Advantageous Qualifications

The following will be beneficial:

• Certified competency in handgun, shotgun or rifle for business purposes

• Crowd control training

• Tactical firearm certification

• Advanced driving skills certificate

• Defence and restraint techniques training

🛡 Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:

• Prevent and deter crime at Sibanye-Stillwater operations

• Enforce company policies and legal requirements

• Monitor access control procedures

• Conduct patrols (vehicle and foot)

• Perform searches of vehicles and individuals

• Report suspicious behaviour

• Provide first-line reaction during incidents

• Protect company assets and personnel
