Introduction
SPAR Group LTD has opened applications for the 2026/2027 Earnership Programme in Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 5). This opportunity is hosted at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre and is ideal for young South Africans looking to build a career in logistics, warehousing, procurement, and retail supply chain operations.
A total of 50 learners will be selected to participate in this 12-month structured earnership, combining practical workplace experience with formal learning.
Programme Overview
Successful applicants will be placed at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre for the full duration of the programme. Learners will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain processes within a large retail distribution environment.
This earnership is suitable for:
- Matriculants
- Graduates
- Youth with no prior work experience
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- ✔️ Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- ✔️ Currently unemployed
- ✔️ Not studying towards another qualification
- ✔️ Aged 18 – 34 years
