Job Description:
Join our Stores Learnership program and gain hands-on experience in retail! You’ll be cross-trained to work on both the sales floor and service desk, focusing on customer service and stock management. Successful candidates must be committed to learning, completing logbooks, preparing for assessments, and demonstrating competence as a cross-trained sales consultant.
What We Expect From You:
- Work a minimum of 120 hours
- Learn and build knowledge
- Prepare for assessments
- Assist customers in finding merchandise
- Merchandise the store according to MBP principles
- Handle payments and purchases on the POS system
- Open new accounts
- Maintain or control stock losses
- Build relationships with customers
- Ensure customer security and safety
Requirements:
- Grade 10
