The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) under the Department of Employment and Labour is recruiting 146 Client Service Officers to be placed across multiple Labour Centres in Gauteng.

This role focuses on assisting members of the public with UIF services, processing benefit applications, and providing frontline client support.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate


📚 Required Knowledge

  • Unemployment Insurance Act & Regulations

  • Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act

  • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)

  • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

  • Treasury Regulations

  • Batho Pele Principles

  • UIF and Departmental policies, procedures, vision and values

  • Customer care and public service principles
