- Salary: R7,000 per month (all-inclusive stipend)
- Contract Duration: Short-term, not exceeding 10 months
Primary Function
As an EPWP Opportunity Centre Cleaner, you will perform essential cleaning and support tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the Opportunity Centres. This includes cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and washing duties, ensuring floors remain spotless and trash bins are emptied regularly. You will also prepare and serve beverages during meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Key Performance Areas
- Cleaning Tasks: Perform a variety of cleaning duties to keep the Opportunity Centre tidy and hygienic.
- Beverage Preparation and Serving: Support meetings and events by preparing and serving refreshments.
- General Office Support: Assist with basic tasks to ensure smooth operations at the Opportunity Centre.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for these positions, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Reside within the City of Johannesburg jurisdiction.
- Have a Grade 10 qualification (Grade 12 is advantageous).
- No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.
