What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information on TransUnion’s services, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and quality.
  • Guide customers on available online services and tools.
  • Log and track credit data disputes and complaints, providing timely updates.
  • Educate consumers about the UK credit industry to empower their financial journey.
  • Use proprietary and industry-standard tools while adhering to strict information security and regulatory standards.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a call center, back-office, or administrative role (experience in banking or credit referencing is a plus but not required).
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in English with excellent written communication (impeccable spelling and grammar).
    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a positive, cooperative attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
    • Adaptable to evolving business needs.
    • Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of the UK credit or banking industry.
